The switch in should be set to "on" to ensure that the solar power panels to absorb solar energy (you can test to see if it is on by completely blacking out the panel to see if light comes on). These little children glow method previous bedtime. Easily get right up in the center of the evening, they're however radiant and switching colors beautifully. We LOVE them! They generate our lawn appear to be slightly fairy land. Summer 29, 2013

You would expect a solar-powered light to-be easy to function however you is incorrect. The cell doesn't apparently charge the battery adequate to operate the light. Then there's a light switch within the light that doesn't appear to do anything. Save the full time, cash, and aggravation and look for something else to suite your needs. December 29, 2012
