Solar power plants in Andhra Pradesh

A memorandum of understanding for these jobs will likely be signed here the next day amongst the federal government of Asia, the Ministry of Power plus the federal government of Andhra Pradesh into the existence of Union Power Minister Piyush Goyal and Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu.
The state Cabinet, which met right here today in chairmanship associated with the Chief Minister, cleared the solar powered energy jobs as part of the 'Power for several' scheme becoming introduced from October 2.
The NTPC will set-up a-1, 000 MW solar energy plant at Kadiri in Anantapuram district with a good investment of Rs 7, 000 crore, in accordance with state's Minister for Ideas and advertising Palle Raghunatha Reddy.
Briefing reporters towards Cabinet decisions, the Minister stated 5, 500 acres of land has-been allocated to NTPC for the solar power project.
At Panyam in Kurnool district, NVVNL would create another 1, 000-MW solar powered energy task on 5, 000 miles of land, while a 500-MW plant would show up at Galiveedu in Kadapa area on 3, 000 miles of land, the Minister stated.
"These jobs are being taken on in collaboration utilizing the solar technology Corporation of Asia. The us government of India's capital share of these projects will undoubtedly be 50 percent, while energy Generation Corporation of AP will invest 41 % together with New and Renewable Energy Development Corporation of AP will contribute the balance 9 %, " Mr Raghunatha Reddy said.
